YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION
If you are about the separate or have separated and have any questions about family and relationship law, please complete our enquiry form and we will contact you to organise your first consultation.
Following your initial enquiry by telephone or email, we will advise you how to best prepare for your first consultation. We will send you a Client Information Sheet for you to complete and return to us together with a list of your questions, goals and immediate concerns.
During your first consultation we will guide you through the process, advise you of your rights and entitlements, give you settlement options, and discuss your likely costs. Our clients tell us that they leave the first consultation with clarity, peace of mind, a clear understanding of the process, and a strategy to help them achieve their desired outcome.

COVID-19
We are continuing to operate during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are meeting with new clients by telephone and video-link, and we are working remotely to service our existing clients. We are appearing in court electronically and our mediations are being conducted using video conferencing services such as Zoom.
